Here at UT Kilts we believe that we make the best possible product. With that in mind, we want to offer the best possible and easiest returns and exchange process imaginable. We offer hassle free returns and exchanges on all items for up to 30 days! No questions asked. No restocking fees. You send the item back to us using the prepaid shipping label we give you and we will send out another, free of charge or give a full refund.
Go ahead, give us try! Once you try it on, you won’t want to give it back. However, if you do not love our kilts as much as we do the first time you try it on, send it back for a full refund of your original order.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Kilts being returned need to be in new condition (with original tags and packaging)
• NO returns are accepted on special order; clearance returns will include a restocking fee and are not eligible for free exchanges
Simple steps to make an exchange or return
- Use the contact form below and let us know:
- The name on the order
- Order Number (if you know it)
- E-mail address (this will be where we send your return label)
- Comments: Reason for exchange / return and what you need in exchange (if applicable)
Once we have your request, we will send out the return label to your email address with shipping instructions. It is important that you include, in writing, the following information with your return:
- The original name on the order and / or the order number
- Whether you are returning for an exchange or a refund.
- If returning for an exchange, what size / item you want in exchange.
