This is our redesigned Wild Utility Kilt.  We have added the following features:

  • Back pockets are now removable just like the side cargo pockets.
  • Much larger belt loops to accommodate belts up to 2.5 inches in width.
  • Side cargo pockets are also bigger to allow more items to be carried at one time.

The UT WILD is the ultimate kilt for the outdoor enthusiast.  It comes with just about everything anyone would need that spends time in the outdoors.  This kilt can take just about anything Mother Nature can throw at it.  This is what makes this kilt so special:

  • Two large, removable side cargo pockets with belt loops, along with removable back pockets

Both side cargo pockets along with the back pockets will come off.  With belt loops on the back of each pocket, it is easy to run your belt right through them and have them hang from your belt.  All pockets attach with two heavy duty snaps and Velcro to ensure they NEVER come off unless you want them too!

  • Extra pockets in different colors

Pockets are available to purchase in all three colors we stock in the Wild utility kilt here

  • Back and Side cargo pockets have elastic openings

You will never have trouble fitting anything in these pockets.  The sides of these pockets are a tough elastic type material.  They will stretch to fit just about anything you might need to put in them.

  • Two Jeans-like pockets on either side

Still need more room?  Look no further than your hips, right about your cargo pockets.  They are TWO, one on each side, deep pockets that will hold just about anything.  This allow for easy access to things like wallet, keys, cellphone, etc. that you need to get to quickly.  Does your utility kilt do that?

  • D Rings and Front Clips

Three D rings on the back and two clips on the front make attaching accessories a breeze.

  • Heavy duty material

The UT WILD is made from a heavy duty, canvas like material.  YOU will wear out before this kilt does!

  • Velcro Closure

Need to get the kilt on and off in a hurry?  No worries.  We have dropped the snaps in favor of almost 12 inches of Velcro on the front waist band.  Not only is it easy to remove and put on, but can be adjust a little either way to get that PERFECT fit.

  • Brass Antique Hardware

All the hardware on this kilt is a black antique finish.  It matches perfectly with many of the kilt belt buckles we currently offer.

  • We ship within 1 business day.  Most people receive their kilt within 2 days.
  • Standard 23" drop on all sizes

No one else sells this quality of kilt, with the same features, for the price UT Kilts offers.  We guarantee your satisfaction.  The only disappointment you will find is your inability to find sufficient reasons to wear the Wild Utility Kilt.

Please be sure to measure! Measure your waist where you plan to wear your kilt.
That will let you know the exact size to purchase.

    A great kilt.

I did not expect the material to be this heavy. When say heavy I mean high quality. I love the pockets and the versatility of this kilt.

    Love the color.
    The material feels really soft.
The fit was a little tight, (that was my fault, damm you holiday food!!) since it has velcro it will work until I loose that holiday inch.

Would love one of these, however the standard length does not work for me. I reckon all of your customers are tall.

    Awesome product, Outstanding customer service

Posted by Mario Rodriguez on 22nd Apr 2017

I did not realize that freedom like this existed, it is the first kilt I have bought or worn but it will not be the last. It did run a little big on the waist size but nothing a belt cant fix.
Customer service was outstanding they emailed me back at the same time that I was emailing and didn't have to wait days for a response and they fixed the problem I had on the spot and answered all questions. It is the best dealing I have had with any customer service. thank you all

    Great, comfortable fit

Posted by Doug on 7th Apr 2017

This is my first utility kilt so the experience is a little different from my standard/traditional and running/hiking kilts. When I first picked it up, I thought 'wow is this heavy!' however, after putting it on and adjusting it a bit here and there, I found it to sit very comfortably around my waist and on my hips. The cotton canvas material is very dense, but super comfortable at the same time. I thought it would be bulky when sitting, but as long as you sweep the pleats, there isn't a problem. A quick wash helped get out the creases from shipping, and I'm thinking that another wash or two will help relax the cotton a bit more. The only drawbacks thus far, is that the pleats flair out a bit more than I expected based on the pictures, and as others have mentioned, as a shorter guy (5' 7") a 22 inch drop offering would be nice. I feel like I'm wearing the kilt a bit higher than I would like to keep the length at the center of my knee. Overall, a very nicely contructed garment and I expect to get many years of wear out of it. Well done!
